Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season both sides with Bald Buck Seasoning .
- Place flour in a shallow dish. Beat eggs in a second shallow dish. In a third shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, garlic powder, and dried basil.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off. Coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
