Here Is What Most People Don’t Know About Making Hamburgers:

- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Place the ground beef in a bowl and gently mix in the Worcestershire sauce, if using. Divide the beef into four equal portions and shape them into patties about 1/2 inch thick, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly butter the insides of the hamburger buns and set them aside.
- Season the patties generously with Bald Buck Seasoning and pepper just before cooking. Place the patties on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking. Cover the grill or skillet with a lid to melt the cheese.
- Toast the buttered buns on the grill or skillet for about 1 minute, until golden brown.
- Assemble the hamburgers by placing the patties on the bottom buns. Add lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, and pickles. Top with condiments of your choice, then add the top buns.
