Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced pork with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cornstarch, mixing well to coat. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Prepare all the vegetables by slicing the bell peppers and onion and mincing the garlic and ginger. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chicken broth, and sesame oil to make the stir-fry sauce.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated pork in a single layer and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the pork is browned and just cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set it aside.
